At Dylan Pons Photography, I specialise in professional property photography and videography for luxury lodges, boutique hotels, and real estate. Services include interior and exterior photography, drone photography, twilight shoots, lifestyle and guest experience content, walk through videos and short video reels designed for print marketing, websites and social media.

How do you price photography for lodges, hotels and real estate?

Pricing depends on the type of shoot desired, size of property and scope of capture list. These shoots are completely customizable to the shoot you require. Above is a break down of the more commonly designed shoots from R10 000.00 for lodges and hotels and from R2 000.00 for real estate shoots.

Do you provide drone photography and video?

Yes, I am fully equipped for aerial drone photography and video, perfect for capturing the scale of a lodge or hotel, showcasing landscapes, and adding cinematic impact to your marketing campaigns. Drone content is available as a standalone service or as part of full property shoots.

Please note I am currently working towards my drone pilot license and if this is required to shot on site additional costs will be attached to source suitable pilot.

Do you also capture lifestyle and guest experience photography?

Absolutely. Beyond property images, I create storytelling content - showcasing dining, spa treatments, game drive, relaxing by the pool, taking in the views, or cultural experiences. These lifestyle shots help potential guests imagine themselves at your property, making them more likely to book.

How soon will we receive our edited images and video?

Turnaround is typically 7 - 10 days for real estate and 3 - 4 weeks for lodges and hotels depending on the size of the project. For urgent campaigns, I offer express delivery options. All content is delivered digitally via a secure, branded online gallery.

Do you travel to properties outside of South Africa?

Yes, Dylan Pons Photography is based in South Africa but is available for international assignments across Africa and beyond. Travel costs are quoted separately, and many clients book me for multi-day shoots that combine both property and wildlife / conservation content.

Can you create social media-ready content for our lodge or hotel?

Yes - I specialize in producing ready-to-post Instagram reels, Facebook videos, and high-resolution images optimized for web and print. Many lodges and hotels book either Lodge Luxury or Hotel Flagship, giving them 3 - 6 months of visuals from just one shoot.
