What wedding photography packages do you offer?
At Dylan Pons Photography, I offer mid to high-end wedding packages that include full day coverage, engagement shoots, digital galleries and special bride gifts. Packages range from intimate elopements to full-scale destination weddings.
How many hours of coverage are included in a wedding package?
Most packages include 8 - 12 hours of coverage so I can capture the entire story - from getting ready to reception entrance on the classic package. On signature and luxury packages includes from getting ready to first dance.
Do your wedding packages include a second photographer?
Yes - my signature and luxury packages include a second shooter. This ensures we capture different angles and candid moments simultaneously, giving you a more complete story of your wedding day.
Do you include engagement or boudoir sessions in wedding packages?
Yes, Engagement sessions are included in the luxury package but can be added to other packages at a 15% discounted rate. I offer private boudoir shoots as an exclusive / inclusive add-on. These sessions make wonderful gifts and add personal storytelling to your wedding journey.
Do you travel for destination weddings / proposals?
Absolutely, I photograph weddings across South Africa and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately, and I often arrive a day early to capture pre-wedding events and location shots.
How long will it take to receive our photos?
Digital galleries are usually delivered within 6 - 8 weeks, with sneak peaks sent within a few days.
How does proposal photography work?
I work closely with you to plan the moment - from choosing the perfect spot to discreetly capture the surprise. After the big "Yes" we do a short mini engagement shoot to celebrate.
Do you also offer wedding video coverage?
Yes, Dylan Pons Photography does offer videography services. For this we would add an additional shooter to ensure full coverage of both photography and videography. If you wish to find out more about this collaboration we can discuss and quote for it.
Can we combine our proposal shoot with an engagement shoot?
Yes, many couples upgrade their package, the mid and high tier packages have an engagement shoot included. The high tier has multiple locations as part of the shoot.
Will the proposal be photographed discreetly?
Yes, I stay unobtrusive and hidden until the moment you propose, ensuring the surprise is genuine while still capturing every reaction.
Do you help with planning the proposal setup?
Yes, I assist with location scouting, timing (for best light), and setup ideas. Many clients also book extras like a champagne setup, styled decor, or flowers, which I can coordinate.
How do we book a proposal shoot without my partner finding out?
Discretion is key - I use confidential communication (WhatsApp, email, or code names if needed) to ensure your partner remains completely unaware.
